Abraxis has provided the MOASC office with the following information. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has corrected an error in the Q3 2010 Medicare reimbursement allowable for Abraxane (J9264). CMS has posted the revised file that shows the updated Medicare Q3 2010 ASP + 6 percent allowable for Abraxane as $9.399 per 1 mg.
