The MOASC Purchasing Network, Inc. (MPN) is a California non-profit tax exempt mutual benefit corporation organized to manage group purchasing for the purpose of negotiating prices and purchasing oncology drugs, supplies, and equipment directly from manufacturers, distributors, retailers and wholesalers for the benefit of the member practices of the Medical Oncology Association of Southern California, Inc. (MOASC).
