Premiere Oncology Clinical Trial Update

June 30, 2010

Welcome to this week’s Premiere Oncology Clinical Trial Update.  This update is a complimentary communication tool for medical professionals whose patients may qualify for Premiere Oncology Phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical trials.  We offer a wide array of studies for the treatment for all advanced malignancies.  We work collaboratively with clinicians across the country to provide their patients with innovative treatments that bridge the gap between established and future therapies.

 Featured Trials of the Week

Each week Premiere Oncology highlights specific clinical trials, including newly opened studies and trials where we have immediate openings.

Featured Trial 1: JCGA (LY2584702)  is a study of  a serine/threonine protein kinase effector of the AKT pathway in patients with advanced or metastatic cancer.

Featured Trial 2: IPI-493  is a dose escalation study of an oral heat shock protein in patients with advanced malignancies.

Featured Trial 3:  PF-309  is a dose escalation study of  PF-03758309, an oral, ATP-competitive inhibitor of PAK4, in patients with advanced solid tumors
